Non-Returnable

Ayurluxe products are non-returnable due to consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

Damage Product Received

We only replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please check the product at the time of delivery in front of delivery person for any damage, if you find product is damaged please return the product to the delivery person and we will either resend the product or refund the amount for prepaid order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Late or Missing Refund

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
